Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment
We want you to be genuinely satisfied with Inbox Sentinel. If the product does not meet your needs, we offer a straightforward refund policy described below. All refund requests are handled promptly and without unnecessary friction.

2. SaaS Subscription — 14-Day Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee on all new SaaS subscriptions
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial payment, no questions asked.
2.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund under this policy:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the date of your initial subscription payment
- This policy applies to first-time purchases of a given subscription plan
- Renewals of existing subscriptions are not covered by this 14-day policy (see Section 4 for renewal refunds)
2.2 How to Request
Email support@theinfopower.dev with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- Your Stripe payment receipt number (optional, helps us process faster)
2.3 Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Once a refund is approved, your SaaS account access will be revoked.
3. Docker License — Refund Conditions
3.1 Yearly Docker License
Yearly Docker licenses are eligible for a full refund if:
- The refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase, and
- The license key has not been used to activate more than one deployment
After 14 days, Yearly Docker licenses are non-refundable. You will retain access to the software and updates for the remainder of your license period.
3.2 Lifetime Docker License
Lifetime Docker licenses are eligible for a full refund if the request is submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase and the license key has not been deployed in a production environment.
After 14 days, Lifetime Docker licenses are non-refundable, as the license grants perpetual usage rights that have already been conveyed.
3.3 What Happens After a Docker Refund
Upon approval of a Docker license refund, the license key is revoked and must not be used further. Any running deployments using that key must be decommissioned.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time by contacting us at support@theinfopower.dev. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
4.2 Access After Cancellation
When you cancel, your account remains active and accessible until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period (unless covered by the 14-day refund policy above).
Example:
If your monthly billing date is the 1st and you cancel on the 15th, your account remains active until the end of that month. You will not be billed on the following 1st.
4.3 Annual Subscription Cancellation
If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day refund window, no refund is issued for the remaining months. Your access continues until the end of the annual billing period. We do not prorate annual subscriptions.
4.4 Renewal Refunds
If your subscription renews and you contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis, particularly if you intended to cancel before renewal. Contact us promptly at support@theinfopower.dev.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund if:
- There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase and refund cycles)
- The account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- The request does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy
